Grupo DCastro is the “umbrella” brand of all the family’s business through which its distinguishing gastronomic values are shared: island time-honored flavors, the Mediterranean, the honesty given by local products and the wisdom of tradition.

The DCastro catering group founded in 1996, has its base in the north of Mallorca (Spain). It is the union of a family with a stake for contemporary fine cooking, a cuisine heiress of the scenery, climate and the traditions of those who inhabit them.

The diversity of its gastronomic offer makes sure it reaches all kinds of eaters: from the most exclusive gourmet looking for the sensations found in signature cuisine, to a more casual and day-to-day family friendly crowd.

The ideation of the different proposals created by the chef Maca de Castro convey to the eater her close vision of the territory, sustainability and the values learnt during her childhood.
